Audrey Stottler made her Metropolitan Opera debut in 2002 as Turandot in addition to returning to San Francisco Opera in the same role. In 2003-04 she was Turandot at the Teatro Municipal in Santiago before returning to the Metropolitan Opera as the Dyer’s Wife in Die Frau Ohne Schatten. In 2004-05 Ms. Stottler sang her signature role of Turandot for her debut at the Royal Opera Covent Garden, and the Met. Future engagements include Turandot at the Teatro Colon in Buenos Aires, Vancouver Opera, The Met, Teatro Comunale in Florence, and at the Alte Oper in Frankfurt and on tour in Japan with the Teatro Comunale of Florence. In May 2006, Ms. Stottler performed scenes from Walkure and Brunnhilde’s Immolation Scene from Gotterdammerung in New York with The Metro Chamber Orchestra.
