The
tarogato is an instrument in the clarinet family and is usually associated
with Hungary. This CD presents seven compositions especially written for
the tarogato in a solo capacity as well as in connection with electronics
(tape). All works were written for Esther Lamneck who performs them with
skill and distinction.
